With this I don't have to worry about corners or children getting hurt around it. It's a great little coffee table with the two extra seats. I always had a problem with coffe tables because my daughter would crawl under it or would bend to pick up a toy nearby and would bump her head on the table. With this no such problem, no sharp corners and no crawling under.

I paid a little over a hundred dollars for this item which is a fair price but you get what you pay for remember.

Pros: Looks like genuine leather
Perfect size
comfy
roomy storage area
perfect around babies and toddlers

Cons: Sides are not re-enforced. I can for see tearing in the future
Cannot store hard items inside due to risk of tearing
Inside tray scratches easily and underneath surface paint is white, so chips and/or scratches are really noticeable. Be careful.

All in all I really like the item but I'm glad I only spent a hundred dollars because I don't see it lasting more than a few years with kids in the house.
